Also local slang here. One is used when you're out and announce you're going home. Then the other party says "What are you going home for, everyone knows you there". I have no idea what idiot picked it up and where, but it's been around for a few years already...

As for the favorite days - I'm gonna go with Saturdays, since my favorite work-days change with the schedule.

Weird. We just had a John Hughes marathon back in Croatia.

I think I'm going to say Sixteen Candles, if I'm sticking to him.

Pretty much the only teen flick I could watch that wasn't his was How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days. Ah, good times...
